This year, we’re rolling out the red carpet and stepping back into the dazzling Roaring ‘20s for a night of glamour, generosity, and purpose. On Friday, 17th October 2025, Velvet Rose, Dine for a Difference, invites you to an unforgettable 1920s Gatsby-inspired fundraising gala in support of SOFIA’s Wish Inc.
While we continue to celebrate the dedication and resilience of carers, our focus this year is on raising vital funds to provide essential services, resources, and support to those who give so much of themselves to care for others.
Expect an evening filled with elegance, live entertainment, themed activities, and the chance to make a real impact in your community. Together, we can ensure that carers in need are never left without help. We’re also thrilled to welcome a special guest, author Lisa Eastwood, who will share insights from her inspiring new book The Warrior Within: She Overcame Her Greatest Battles and Turned Them Into Strength. Guests will have the exclusive opportunity to meet Lisa in person and have their copies signed on the night.
